What you'll learn
Read a normal awake and sleep EEG, and recognise benign variants that mimic pathology.
Identify interictal epileptiform discharges and localise them with confidence.
Apply standardised ictal EEG terminology and interpret electroclinical seizures.
Recognise focal semiology and the major electro-clinical syndromes.
Understand presurgical evaluation and intraoperative monitoring in epilepsy surgery.
Interpret neonatal EEG and tell parasomnias and sleep events apart from seizures.
